Vela on the Park offers luxury one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments in Stamford, Connecticut. We have a variety of floor plan options, which feature three different types of kitchen so that you can pick your favorite. Some of our floor plans include balconies, and some have a den for extra space.

Many of our one-bedroom apartment kitchens have a breakfast bar which not only provides extra counter space, but allows room for extra seating. Units include: 1D, 1A, 1B, 1BPH, 1C, 1C-1, 1D.1, 1G, 1G-PH, and 1I-PH.

Kitchen Island

Kitchen islands, one of the most popular and modern types of kitchen features, make kitchens wide open and provide more counter space and seating. Some of the kitchen islands have that sink installed there, which makes prepping foods on the island easy. Units include: 1H, 1H.1, and 1JPH.

Walk-In Closets

All of our one-bedroom apartments have spacious closets, and most of them also have walk-in closets. Providing extra storage space and lots of room to display your extensive wardrobe, these awesome closets make everyday living easier. Units include: 1J, 1B, 1BPH, 1C, 1C-1, 1D-HC, 1G, 1G-HC, 1G-PH, 1H, 1H.1, 1I-PH.

Balcony

Den

If you like to have a work-from-home office or need extra hobby space—or even a guest room—these units have an extra den space to spread out in: 1J, 1J-PH.

One-Bedroom Penthouses

Our luxury one-bedroom penthouses tower at the top of Vela’s building in Stamford. They come with floor-to-veiling windows and great views. They have some extra-special features, including a private entrance, upgrade appliances (including a Bosch washer and dryer), and more.
